Privacy and what gets logged
I record every audit you run, and I may use that record to email you. That is the whole of it. The rest of this page is the detail.
What gets recorded when you run an audit
- The address you typed
- The date and time you ran it
- The scores that came back
- A summary of what the checks found
I do not ask for a name, an email address, or a phone number to run an audit. I do not record any of them. I hold nothing back in the report. You can read all of it and leave.
What that record is used for
I use it to follow up by email about the audit you ran. An email from me will reference the real audit and the real findings. If it does not, it did not come from this site.

Every email includes a working unsubscribe link and a physical mailing address. Unsubscribing stops all of it.
What happens when you give me your email
I ask for your email address once, at the mockup offer. I store it and send myself a copy. I use it to send you the link and to reply to you. I do not sell it, trade it, or hand it to anyone else.
Getting your record deleted
Email hello@hilarionava.com with the address you audited and I delete the record. You do not have to explain why. You do not have to be a customer.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. I serve the fonts from this domain, so loading the page does not tell anyone else that you were here.
How long records are kept
- Audit records
- Kept for twelve months, then deleted.
- Your email address
- Kept until you ask me to delete it.
One person can reach these records. There is no team, no shared inbox, and no other company with a copy, beyond the host that runs the site and the store that holds the records.
